addresses more than 90% of all support issues. Please review the questions

Q. What is GuardianCam?
GuardianCam is currently bringing technology to the childcare industry
in an effort to increase a parent’s understanding and awareness of child
development. Through secure Internet-based viewing systems, parents with
access to the Internet now have the opportunity to view live streaming video
of their children from anywhere in the world.
Q. Where do I go to get started and how do I use it?
To get started you will need to use our online sign up form. You will
be asked some questions in order to do a verification with the school.
Q. How do I login?
Open http://www.guardiancam.com with your web browser.
Input your “username” and “password” in the form at the top right of your
screen.
Click the “Login” button, and you will be taken to the secure members area.
Q. How do I obtain my username and password?
Use our automated signup process. You can
start here.
Q. I forgot my username or password, what do I do?
Please email our forgot password form to retreieve your password.
Q. Can I share my password with family members?
No, however GuardianCam members are entitled to receive up to 6 passwords for relatives and family members.
Q. How do I request additional passwords for family
members?
Login to the members area and click "add family accounts".
